That's right. The Elgin Cultural Arts Commission will once again sponsor Walkabout: Theater On Your Feet. This will be the second year for this event, which electrified downtown in 2008.
This year we'll have some new sites, new theater groups, new short plays, new music, and more artists. So stayed tuned to this site for information.
