Playing Catch Up

Okay. A lot has been happening lately. I will try to catch up this week.

First, things look a little bit different around here. Originally, this blog was set up to help promote Walkabout: Theater on your Feet in 2008. It served that purpose well and will continue to do so.

But after two years of writing stories about that annual event, it seemed like a waste to only use this site three months out of the year.

So now the focus has changed to promote arts events in downtown Elgin. This might be theater, music, art, and other news pertaining to arts and culture in downtown Elgin.

So far this blog is a one-person show, so we'll see how often we can post news. Stay tuned.
